通过分析、区分两种不同类型的钢坯剪断机过载形式，合理地确定了载荷检测原理和检测方案；设计并研制了以电流互感器为传感器，Ｉｎｔｅｌ８０３１单片机为核心的钢坯剪断机载荷检控系统。
By analyzing and distinguishing the overload forms of two different types of billet shearing machines, the load detection principle and testing scheme are reasonably determined; the billet shearing machine load prosecution system with current transformer as the sensor and Intel8031 single chip microcomputer as the core is designed and developed.
