广东惠阳有色金属公司鸡笼山矿选出的黑、白钨混合毛精矿送往惠阳有色金属公司马安加工厂处理。经磁选将黑、白钨分离,白钨毛精矿中含WO_367.5%、Sn1.75%、As1.05%、S0.86%。锡、砷、硫杂质元素在白钨毛精矿各粒级中均匀分布,有相当部分的锡在各粒级呈连生体存在(见表1),给选矿加工带来一系列困难。前几年,厂里对该产品只能掺和出厂一部分,仍存100多吨。为了扭转矿产品加工中的被动状况,在提高产品质量中求生存、求发展,改善产品质量就成为必须解决的问题。

Tin, arsenic and sulfur impurity elements are uniformly distributed in each fraction of scheelite concentrates, and a considerable part of tin exists as a continuous body in each fraction (see Table 1), which brings about a series of difficulties for beneficiation processing. A few years ago, the factory only mixed with the factory part of the product, still more than 100 tons. In order to reverse the passive situation in the processing of mineral products, it is an issue that must be solved in order to survive, develop and improve product quality in improving product quality.
