为了完善桃种质资源托叶长度评价方法,对不同果枝长度、不同树龄和不同年份托叶长度进行了稳定性分析,建立了稳定可靠的桃树托叶长度评价方法:树龄3~10年,树冠外围1.0~1.5 m高度、长果枝中部新梢完全展开叶片的托叶,测量托叶基部至托叶尖端的长度。依据此方法测量了718份桃种质资源托叶长度;并结合桃种质资源“种”和“品种类群”2个分类依据,利用SPSS统计分析软件对托叶长度进行分类分析和比较。提出桃托叶长度分级指标:<0.55 cm为1级,0.55~0.90 cm为2级,0.91~1.30 cm为3级,1.31~1.65 cm为4级,>1.65 cm为5级,参照品种分别为:光核桃2号、红花碧桃、新白凤、早乙女、TX4C199。
