着重研究润滑油温度对齿轮胶合承载能力的影响,并使用电子探针分析了试验后的试件表面。试验结果表明,使用非极压润滑油时胶合温度是稳定的,而使用极压润滑油时,胶合温度受油温影响很大。当使用极压润滑油,油温在50—100℃时,胶合温度随油温增加而增加。这种变化随油中的极压添加剂含量增加而加剧。在本文实验条件下,极压润滑油不存在恒定的临界胶合温度。
The research focuses on the influence of lubricant temperature on the gearing carrying capacity of gear, and the surface of the specimen after the test is analyzed by electron probe. The test results show that the bonding temperature is stable when using non-extreme pressure lubricating oil, and when using extreme pressure lubricating oil, the bonding temperature is greatly affected by the oil temperature. When using extreme pressure oil, the oil temperature is 50-100 ℃, the bonding temperature increases with the increase of oil temperature. This change is exacerbated by the increase of extreme pressure additives in the oil. Under the experimental conditions in this paper, extreme pressure lubricating oil does not have a constant critical bonding temperature.
