目的研究人性化麻醉护理在临床麻醉工作中的应用。方法以我院行外科手术的麻醉患者200例随机分为两组并分析讨论,对照组实施常规的护理措施,观察组患者实施人性化护理干预。对两组患者的治疗情况进行比较。结果观察组患者实施人性化护理后患者的满意度优于对照组,而麻醉中不良反应发生率低于对照组,经比较具有显著差异(P<0.05),有临床统计学意义。结论在麻醉护理中采取人性化服务,可以有效地提高患者的麻醉依从性,能够减少不良反应的发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the application of humanized anesthesia nursing in clinical anesthesia. Methods 200 patients with surgical anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups and analyzed and discussed. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention. The treatment of two groups of patients were compared. Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group was better than that in control group, but the incidence of adverse reactions in anesthesia was lower than that in control group (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion Taking humanized service in anesthesia nursing can effectively improve anesthesia compliance, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has high clinical value.
