为探讨颅内病灶引起继发性癫痫的临床病理特点及其引起癫痫的可能机制。收集我院近3年来66例经手术切除之癫痫病灶作形态学观察,再与临床资料对比分析,结果发现病灶多位于额顶颞叶的运动或情感功能区,病灶周围脑组织有神经元变性、脱鞘、囊变、软化等改变。星形细胞瘤中常可见包裹性神经元(includedneurons)。所有病灶的部位和周围脑组织物的改变以及丰富的血运可能是构成癫痫发作的基础
To explore the clinical and pathological features of intracranial lesions caused by secondary epilepsy and its possible mechanism of causing epilepsy. Collection of 66 cases of epilepsy lesions after surgery in our hospital for the past 3 years for morphological observation, and then compared with clinical data, the results found that the lesions are mostly located in the frontotemporal temporal motor or emotional function area, brain lesions around the neuronal degeneration , Dehiscence, cystic change, softening and other changes. Encapsulated neurons are often found in astrocytomas. Changes in all parts of the lesion and surrounding brain tissue as well as abundant blood supply may be the basis for the formation of seizures
