本文研究了液膜固定化简单节杆菌进行较大有机分子甾体类的生物转化,结果表明液膜固定化细胞可成功进行氢化可的松—→去氢氢化可的松的△′-脱氢反应。研究了液膜固定化细胞的制备、性质和影响甾体转化的各种因素。在某些液膜体系中其转化反应初期的比活力与自由细胞相同。细胞在液膜内可存活较长时间,提高了贮存稳定性。液膜固定化细胞体系基本不受染茵的影响,而自由细胞转化作用明显受抑制。
In this paper, we investigated the bioconversion of larger organic steroids to liquid-membrane-immobilized Arthrobacter simplex. The results showed that the liquid membrane-immobilized cells could successfully carry out △ ’-dehydrogenation of hydrocortisone-> dehydrogenated hydrocortisone reaction. The preparation and properties of liquid membrane-immobilized cells and the various factors affecting steroid transformation were studied. In some liquid membrane systems, the specific activity of the initial transformation reaction is the same as that of free cells. Cells in the liquid membrane can survive for a long time to improve the storage stability. Liquid membrane immobilized cell system is basically not affected by the infection, and free cell transformation was significantly inhibited.
