本文通过对于Fingerhut公司案例的分析,强调了成功的客户关系管理系统以及商务智能对于企业的重要性。同时,通过案例我们还看到一些传统理论在新的环境中受到了挑战。本论文主要由两部分组成,第一部分为案例介绍,介绍Fingerhut公司被美国联合百货公司收购前后的大起大落;第二部分为案例分析,解释在Fingerhut公司大起大落背后的成功失败因素。
This article analyzes the Fingerhut company case and highlights the importance of a successful customer relationship management system and business intelligence for the company. At the same time, we also see through the case that some traditional theories have been challenged in the new environment. This paper is mainly composed of two parts. The first part is a case introduction, introducing the ups and downs of Fingerhut Company before and after it was acquired by United Department Stores Co., Ltd. The second part is a case study explaining the failure factors behind the success of Fingerhut Corporation.
