文章认为 ,在古典经济学的理论中 ,竞争与垄断是被理想化了的模型。著名的“马歇尔难题”提出 :竞争会推动行业发展 ,形成规模经济 ,引导企业走向垄断 ,而垄断可能排斥代表生产高效的竞争 ,于是二者形成经济中一对难解难分的矛盾。如何解决我国企业自身的“马歇尔难题” ,正是理论界和实际工作部门的重要任务。本文分别引入案例“长虹集团吸纳彩管”以及“中国电信的拆分改革之举” ,并结合各自行业特点 ,分析了这两个典型行业中竞争与垄断的均衡 ,从而提出解决我国企业“马歇尔难题”的方案———进行“有效竞争”
The article argues that in the classical economics theory, competition and monopoly are idealized models. The famous “Marshall puzzle” put forward: Competition will promote the development of the industry, the formation of economies of scale, to guide enterprises to monopoly, and monopolies may represent highly efficient production competition, so the two form a contradiction in the economy inextricably linked. How to solve the “Marshall problem” of our own enterprises is an important task for theorists and practical departments. This article respectively introduces the case of “Changhong Group to absorb the CPT” and “China Telecom’s split reform move”, combined with their own industry characteristics, analysis of the two typical industries in the balance of competition and monopoly, thus proposed to solve our enterprise “Marshall Puzzle ”program --- to conduct“ effective competition ”
