目的　为牯岭蛇葡萄 Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim .) Trautv. var. kulingensis Rehd.根的开发利用提供鉴定依据。方法　性状鉴定、显微鉴定及薄层色谱分析。结果　详细描述了牯岭蛇葡萄根的性状和显微鉴别特征 ;经薄层色谱分析发现该药材含有羽扇豆醇等 4种成分。结论　所发现的这些特征可作为鉴别牯岭蛇葡萄根的依据 Objective To provide an identification basis for the development and utilization of roots of Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim.) Trautv. var. kulingensis Rehd. Methods Character identification, microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography analysis. The results described in detail the characteristics and microscopic identification characteristics of the root of P. serpentine. The TLC analysis showed that the drug contained four components such as lupeol. Conclusion These features can be used as the basis for identifying the roots
