利用线性独立向量法对动筛排矸机传动机构作了讨论,推导出传动机构惯性力平衡时所满足的构件设计方程。设计两种方案降低传动机构的惯性力,运用ADAMS对两种平衡方案进行运动分析,得出铰接处受力曲线。通过对比不同平衡方案的优缺点,认为方案二既减少了排矸机工作时动应力,提高了排矸机工作的稳定性,又不至于影响排矸机的整体结构,实用性更强。
Linear independent vector method was used to discuss the moving mechanism of the moving sieve exhausting machine, and the component design equation which was satisfied when the inertia force of the driving mechanism was balanced was deduced. Two schemes are designed to reduce the inertia force of the transmission mechanism. The motion analysis of the two balance schemes is carried out by using ADAMS, and the force curve of the hinge is obtained. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different balance schemes, it is considered that the second scheme not only reduces the dynamic stress during the operation of the gangue machine but also improves the stability of the gangue machine without influencing the overall structure of the gangue gang device, which is more practical.
