长输热油管道实现最优化运行的目的是降低输油能耗。本文在对长输热油管道的运行过程进行系统分析的基础上,利用大系统的分解原则建立了一个稳态优化运行的两级递阶模型。该模型由两级子模型构成:(1)泵组合与管路最优匹配子模型;(2)输油温度优化子模型。模型求解的算法已被编成计算机程序,它适用于一般长输热油管道。文中给出了数值计算实例。最后对模型、算法及最优解进行了讨论。
The purpose of optimizing the operation of a long-distance heating oil pipeline is to reduce the energy consumption of oil transportation. Based on the systematic analysis of the running process of long-distance heating oil pipeline, a two-level hierarchical model of steady-state optimization operation is established based on the principle of decomposition of large-scale system. The model is composed of two levels of sub-models: (1) sub-model of the optimal combination of pump and pipeline; (2) sub-model of oil temperature optimization. The algorithm for solving the model has been compiled into a computer program, which is suitable for general long heat transfer oil pipelines. Numerical examples are given in this paper. Finally, the model, algorithm and optimal solution are discussed.
