目的探讨某电子企业涂装生产线扩建项目能否达到预期的职业病危害控制效果。方法根据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》和《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价导则》的规定,采用现场调查法、职业卫生检测检验法、定量分析法和检查表法相结合的综合评价方法进行评价。结果该扩建项目在设备布局、职业病防护措施、卫生辅助设施及个人防护用品、应急救援措施等方面基本符合卫生学要求,作业场所产生的职业病危害因素经检测均符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》的要求。结论该项目在建设过程中,基本采纳了预评价报告中提出的建议,采取了较为有效的防毒、防噪等职业病防护措施,基本达到了控制或消除职业病危害、防止职业病、保护劳动者健康的目的。
Objective To explore whether an extension project of coating line of an electronic enterprise can achieve the expected control effect of occupational hazards. Methods According to the provisions of “Code for Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment of Construction Projects” and “Guidance for Evaluation of Control Effects of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects”, a comprehensive evaluation method combining on-the-spot investigation, occupational health inspection and testing, quantitative analysis and checklist was adopted . Results The expansion project basically met the hygiene requirements in terms of equipment layout, occupational disease protection measures, health aids and personal protective equipment, and emergency rescue measures. The occupational hazards caused by the workplaces were tested in compliance with the Occupational Exposure Limits Value "requirement. Conclusion In the process of construction, the project basically adopted the suggestions made in the pre-evaluation report and adopted effective anti-virus and anti-noise protective measures for occupational diseases, basically meeting the control or elimination of occupational hazards, preventing occupational diseases and protecting the health of workers purpose.
