新一轮课程改革已经启动,由最初的38个实验区,逐步将范围扩大,经过几年的实验,经历新课程的教师已在教学行为的层面上,呈现出新课程的理念和方式.任何一次课程改革都会促进教师教育理念和教学观念的更新,而教师观念更新的速度以及自身行为变化的力度又决定着课程改革的进程和成败,教师是新课程改革成功与否的关键因素之一.
A new round of curriculum reform has been initiated, gradually expanding the scope of the initial 38 experimental areas, and after several years of experimentation, teachers who have experienced the new curriculum have demonstrated the ideas and methods of the new curriculum on the level of teaching behavior. A curriculum reform will promote the renewal of teachers’ educational concepts and teaching concepts. The speed of teachers’ concept renewal and the intensity of their own behaviors determine the course and success of curriculum reform. Teachers are one of the key factors in the success of new curriculum reform.
