肾结核是泌尿系最常见的疾病之一,对其诊断和治疗方面已积累了丰富的临床经验。但近年来对于临床表现不典型病例的诊断及晚期有并发症病例的治疗等问题讨论甚少。现将我院自1957至1980在24年间收治的381例肾结核报道如下。临床资料本组病例中男性174例,女性207例。年龄最小6岁,最大62岁,平均32岁。职业以农民最多,共168例,占44%。病程最短一月,最长23年,平均2.5年。患病肾脏:左侧156例,右 Renal tuberculosis is one of the most common urological diseases and has accumulated rich clinical experience in its diagnosis and treatment.
