本文根据中心扇形近似滑移线场的特点,提出了用大间角(Δθ≈15°)插值的作图的方法,使作图和计算大为简化。文章列举了在不同的外摩擦系数μ及变形程度ε下的正挤压、上下平冲头压入有限高毛坯、斜面模挤压或拉拔的滑移线场的作图方法。分界点的坐标和冲头上平均单位压力的计算表明:它和用小间角(Δθ≈1°)电算结果相比,其误差一般不超过3%。
In this paper, based on the characteristics of center-sector approximate slip line field, the method of drawing with large angle of incidence (Δθ≈15 °) is proposed to make the drawing and calculation much simplified. In the paper, the drawing method of the slipping line field with positive extrusion under the different external friction coefficient μ and deformation degree ε and the pressing of the upper and lower flat punches into the finite-height blank and the bevel extrusion or drawing is listed. The calculation of the coordinates of the demarcation point and the average unit pressure on the punch shows that the error is not more than 3%, as compared to the result of the calculation using the small angle of incidence (Δθ≈1 °).
