目的:通过比较安氏Ⅱ1与安氏Ⅱ2错上下颌牙冠宽度和Bolton指数,探讨两类错在牙特征上的差异。方法:以安氏Ⅱ1错54例,安氏Ⅱ2错35例为研究对象,分别对其模型进行牙冠宽度测量并计算Bolton指数。比较两类错的牙冠宽度、Bolton指数的大小以及Bolton指数不调的分布率。结果:①两类错患者的Bolton指数均无显著的性别差异(P>0.05)。②两类错间男性患者的牙冠宽度未表现出统计学差异(P>0.05),而女性患者安氏Ⅱ1错其上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙、第一磨牙,下颌中切牙、尖牙的牙冠宽度显著大于安氏Ⅱ2错,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③两类错间Bolton指数比值及Bolton指数不调率未表现出统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:女性患者牙冠宽度间的显著差异为两类错在牙特征上较为明显的差异之一,在治疗时应该加以重视。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences between the two types of malocclusions in the characteristics of dental floss by comparing the Coronal widths and Bolton indices of maxillary and mandibular crowns with AngleⅡ1 and AngleⅡ2 malocclusions. Methods: Fifty-two cases of Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion and 35 cases of Angle Ⅱ 2 malocclusion were studied. The crown width of the model was measured and the Bolton index was calculated. The width of the crown, the size of the Bolton index and the distribution of the Bolton index were compared between the two types of malocclusion. Results: ① There was no significant gender difference in Bolton index between the two groups (P> 0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the width of the crowns between male and female patients (P> 0.05), while the female patients’ Angle Ⅱ1 malocclusion of the maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor, canine, first molar, mandibular The incisors and canines had a significantly larger crown width than that of AngleⅡ2 (P <0.05). ③ There was no significant difference between Bolton index ratio and Bolton index ratio between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The significant difference in the crown width of female patients is one of the more obvious differences between the two types of malocclusion in the characteristics of dental floss, which should be paid more attention in the treatment.
