众所周知,深入了解英语专业师范生教师职业认知现状,阐释其展示出来的特点和问题,有助于提升职前英语教师教育质量。通过对S师范大学英语师范生的调查,英语师范生对教师职业特征和从教能力都有一定的认知,也认同教师职业的社会价值;然而同时也存在着部分师范生对职业特征认知模糊、对教师职业个人价值认知度不高等问题。高师院校要通过加强实习支教工作来为师范生提供丰富的教育体验,邀请优秀中小学教师做讲座来传递真实的教育感悟,改革课程设置和教学规划来培养高尚的人文素养,从而促进师范生提升职业认知,坚定职业信念。
It is well-known that having a thorough understanding of the status quo of professional cognition of English majors and explaining their features and problems will help improve the quality of pre-service English teachers’ education. Through the investigation of English majors in S normal university, English matriculation students have certain cognition to teachers ’occupational characteristics and teaching abilities, and also agree with the social value of teachers’ careers. However, there are also some students who have a vague cognition of occupational characteristics , The professional personal value of teachers is not high awareness of other issues. Normal colleges and universities should strengthen the practice of teaching support for normal students to provide rich educational experience, invited teachers to do a good job of primary and secondary school teachers to deliver a real sense of education, teaching curriculum reform and teaching plan to cultivate noble humanities, thus promoting normal students Enhance career awareness and strengthen professional faith.
