山东省潍坊面粉厂是一家有50多年生产历史的面粉加工企业,虽然曾经有过年创利润300多万元的辉煌,但由于管理工作滞后,从1998年开始,我厂连年亏损,生产经营遇到了前所未有的困难。企业今后的路该怎样走?就在我们苦苦思索、寻求对策之时,国家经贸委开始在全国推广潍坊亚星集团的购销比价管理经验。通过学习亚星集团的经验,我厂的内部管理发生了深刻的变化,经济效益稳步提高。
