用微管吸吮技术研究了正常原代胎肝细胞(HFH)和肝实质细胞癌(HCC)细胞的粘弹特性。以此为基础,进一步研究细胞松驰素D(CD)和秋水仙素(Col)等两种细胞骨架干扰剂对HFH粘弹特性的影响。结果表明:HCC细胞的弹性系数K1、K2明显高于HFH的相应值,细胞松驰素D的作用引起HFH的弹性系数K1、K2和粘性系数。值均明显降低,秋水仙素的作用引起HFH的K1值增高,K2和μ值明显降低或趋于降低。作者对这一结果进行了简要讨论。
The viscoelastic properties of normal primary fetal hepatocytes (HFH) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells were studied using microtubule aspiration technique. Based on this, we further studied the influence of cytoskeleton disruptors such as cytokinin D (CD) and colchicine (Col) on the viscoelasticity of HFH. The results showed that the elastic coefficients K1 and K2 of HCC cells were significantly higher than those of HFH. The action of cytochalasin D caused the elastic coefficients K1, K2 and viscosity of HFH. The value of colchicines decreased significantly, and the effect of colchicine caused the increase of K1 value of HFH, and the decrease of K2 and μ values. The authors have a brief discussion of this result.
