测定电雷管的反应时间,通常用电测法。把通电信号和管壳爆炸信号送入计时仪器,来测定两信号间的时间间隔。或者用压电晶体,测定通电信号和爆炸波在压电晶体内产生电信号间的时间间隔。而延期药、引火头和桥丝的反应时间,需要插入瞬发电雷管中测定。这种方法,工作麻烦,不够安全,又消耗大量电雷管。为此,我们研制了GD型光电转换触发器,采用新的光电测时法,测定电雷管、延期药和引火头的反应时间。
Determine the reaction time of the electric detonator, usually using electrical measurements. The power signal and the shell explosion signal into the timing device to measure the time between the two signals. Alternatively, piezoelectric crystals may be used to determine the time interval between electrical signals generated by the energized signal and the explosive wave within the piezoelectric crystal. This method, work troubles, not safe enough, but also consume a large number of electric detonators. To this end, we developed a GD-type photoelectric conversion trigger, the use of new photoelectric measuring method, the determination of the electric detonator, delaying medicine and the first reaction time.
