脑缺血后自由基大量产生,对细胞膜结构进行攻击,造成脂质过氧化。超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)被认为是自由基参与组织损伤的间接证据之一。本实验在Zea-Longa’s方法的基础上。经改进成功地建立大鼠MCAO模型,并对血清SOD和MDA含量进行检测。
A large number of free radicals generated after cerebral ischemia attack the cell membrane structure, resulting in lipid peroxidation. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) are considered as indirect evidence of the involvement of free radicals in tissue damage. This experiment is based on Zea-Longa’s method. The rat model of MCAO was successfully established and the contents of SOD and MDA in serum were detected.
