一、气孔的形态蒸汽机车汽缸套为我车间批量较大的产品,毛坯年产量为320吨。过去用砂型生产,77年改为离心铸造,废品率约为9%。内部气孔占整个废品的70%,这种废品要经机械加工后才能发现,造成较大经济损失。气孔的形态如图2所示,其位置多在断面中心或稍偏外圆。这种气孔呈扁平状,内表面有氧化色泽,大部都有枝晶状的凸起,形态与一般气孔不同,一般气孔呈圆形或梨形,内表面光滑。
