新疆地区主要铸造用生铁化学成份中含有0.08~0.12%的磷,我们对含磷0.08~0.12%的铸态韧性稀土镁球铁的低温冲击韧性进行了一些试验。为的是了解这一含磷量范围的铸态韧性球铁能否用于生产在低温条件下工作的汽车零件。一、试验条件、方法和结果 1.条件:铁水用150公斤中频电炉熔炼,炉料名称和化学成份见表1。 2.方法:孕育剂用75硅铁。在N和O炉中安排了二次孕育量分别为0.15%和0.4%的对比组(炉号为N1、N2和O1、O2)。铁水经过球化和孕育处理后浇注楔形试块以作铸态常温机械性能和低温冲击韧性试验。
In Xinjiang, the main cast iron chemical composition contains 0.08-0.12% phosphorus. Some experiments were conducted on the low temperature impact toughness of as-cast ductile rare earth ductile iron containing 0.08-0.12% phosphorus. In order to understand whether this ductile ductile iron in the phosphorus range can be used to produce automotive parts that work at low temperatures. First, the test conditions, methods and results 1. Conditions: Molten iron with 150 kilograms of intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting furnace name and chemical composition shown in Table 1. 2. Methods: Inoculants with 75 ferrosilicon. In the N and O furnaces, two control groups (N1, N2 and O1, O2) were incubated at 0.15% and 0.4%, respectively. After hot metal spheroidization and inoculation, the wedge-shaped test block was poured for mechanical properties at room temperature and low temperature impact toughness test.
