提出了声发射技术与显微硬度法相结合的方法 ,对用真空熔烧法制得的镍基合金复合涂层中碳化钨含量对韧性的影响进行研究。结果表明 :涂层的韧性随碳化钨含量不同而改变 ,在 3 5 wt%~ 40 wt%之间 ,涂层脆性最小 ,韧性最好
A method combining acoustic emission with microhardness method was proposed to study the effect of tungsten carbide content on toughness of the nickel-base alloy composite coating prepared by vacuum melting method. The results show that the toughness of the coating changes with the content of tungsten carbide, and the coating brittleness is the least and the toughness is the best between 35 wt% and 40 wt%
