在自来水处理过程中,混凝剂聚合氯化铝主要是根据原水浊度及流量变化,依靠经验进行投加,这种经验投加方式受个人因素影响大,实质是估投,在原水浊度变化快及处理水量变化大时易造成投加不准,以及水质达不到预期要求和浪费聚合氯化铝的问题。采用分段函数方式,绘制流量、浊度、聚合氯化铝投量这三者的关系曲线,克服了水质及水力条件变化的影响,将经验转化为数据,用数据指导生产,实现了提高聚合氯化铝投加准确性及降低药耗的目的,找到了混凝剂投加规律,这对指导水厂生产具有实际意义。
