Americans want to know how many database engineers we have, how many system analysts there are, and the detailed work schedule for this project. However, we are obviously not prepared for the quantification of this software development management work. We can only tell them who we are, and we have done databases, system analysis, and tests. The Americans responded that “I hope to have two 8-level database programmers for this project.” This is the status quo. The Indian software industry can develop so rapidly. The main reasons are the following: government support, English proficiency, talent reserve, management and openness. Among them, the most important
