脑外伤在无手术指征的情况下一般均采用保守治疗。但所需治疗时间长,病情恢复慢,甚至治疗效果也不理想。我们对5名脑挫裂伤病人采用椎管内注氧疗法,疗效较为满意。与单纯用药物治疗相比较,一是收效快,二是治疗时间短,三是简便实用。现介绍如下。一般资料:本组5例病人,其中男3例,女2例。均以头部外伤入院。腰穿都为血性脑脊液,脑压在200～400毫米水柱。诊断为脑挫裂伤。
Traumatic brain injury in the absence of surgical indications are generally conservative treatment.
