采用动力学方法、X-射线衍射、电镜扫描等考察了乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯无铬210催化剂工业使用前后的脱氢活性、相组成和晶粒的变化。分析了在使用后的工业等温炉的上、中、下部催化剂的钾含量和积碳量。根据实验结果,认为钾的流失、催化剂晶粒熔结和积碳是导致工业无铬催化剂活性衰退的重要原因。文中初步讨论了催化剂重要组份对乙苯脱氢和消除积碳的作用机制。
The dehydrogenation activity, phase composition and grain changes before and after industrial use of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation styrene-free chrome-free 210 catalyst were investigated by kinetic method, X-ray diffraction and electron microscope scanning. The potassium content and carbon deposition of the upper, middle and lower catalysts of the industrial isothermal furnace after use were analyzed. According to the experimental results, it is considered that the loss of potassium, the grain fusion and carbon deposition of the catalyst are the important reasons leading to the decline of the activity of the industrial chromium-free catalyst. In this paper, the mechanism of the important components of catalysts on the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene and carbon deposition is discussed preliminarily.
