从20世纪50年代日本开始出现了漫画,到60年代动画片的出现,为日本动漫产业的发展注入了新的活力,因此动漫已经成为日本民族最显著的文化特征之一。日本国土面积小,资源短缺,自然灾害频繁,从而激发了国民在生活中对待危机的众多思考,日本的动漫设计教育,从中小学开始到大专、本科全面铺开。还有动画协会的成立和政府的大力支持,形成了产、官、学、民、研各行业的相互支援与交流,所以奠定了日本动漫产业可持续发展的构架。一、文化传承
Comic books appeared in Japan from the 1950s, and animation appeared in the 1960s, injecting new vitality into the development of the Japanese animation industry. Therefore, animation has become one of the most prominent cultural features of the Japanese nation. Japan has a small area, a shortage of resources and frequent natural disasters, which has stimulated many people’s thinking about how to deal with the crisis in their daily lives. Japan’s animation design education starts from primary and secondary schools to tertiary education. As well as the establishment of an animation association and the strong support from the government, the formation of mutual support and exchange among industries, officials, schools, civilians and research institutes has laid the framework for the sustainable development of the Japanese animation industry. First, the cultural heritage
