目前,在机械压力机上还广泛地采用着多片式的摩擦离合器。由于在生产中为了提高生产率而要求提高压力机的单次行程次数,就使多片式的摩擦离合器越来越明显地暴露了它的缺点,如产生过热而使摩擦片烧坏或飞轮轴承卡死,摩擦片更换不方便,结构复杂等。为了解决这些问题,一机部铸锻机械研究所在研究成Z64型新型摩擦材料的基础上又设计了单盘(锒嵌摩擦块式)摩擦离合器,并进行了试验。下面介绍的就是该离合器的设计与试验的一些情况。一、单盘摩擦离合器的动作原理与结构我们试验的单盘摩擦离合器(见图1和图2)是针对J36--250型250吨闭式双点压力机设计的,扭矩1000公斤米。其动作原理如下。
