尊重学生,开放课堂,让灵性的火花不断闪现,这是数学教师的最大幸福。学生有头脑、有思想,但是他们往往又难以捉摸。这就需要教师能走进学生的内心世界,激发他们潜在的创造力。要激发学生的创造才能,首先要给学生以创造的机会。数学教材中,有很多需要学生自己动手的教学内容。教师要让学生自己动手,让学生亲自参与,绝不能包办代替,更不能纸上谈兵。只有开放课堂,充分地让学,学生才能得到主动的、个性化的发展。
