含β－（Ｎ－甲基－磺基乙胺基）乙基砜基染料在弱酸或中性介质中染桑丝或柞丝织 物，色泽鲜艳．匀染性、坚牢度好，竭染率、固色率高，并具有良好的溶解度和贮存稳定 性。用ｐＨ滴定和核磁共振谱证明了该活性染料在上述介质中，活性基以两性离子形 式存在，因而Ｎ－甲基牛磺酸基较易离去。 以４－［β－［Ｎ－甲基－磺基乙胺基）乙基砜基］苯胺和Ｌ－丙氨酸为模拟化合物．用核 磁共振及动力学同位素效应等手段，证明了染料与丝朊以Ｅ２亲核消除－加成机理进 行反应．
Containing β- (N-methyl-sulfoethylamino) ethyl sulfone dye in weak acid or neutral medium with silk or silk oak silk, bright color. Leveling, fastness, exhaustion rate, high fixation rate, and has good solubility and storage stability. The results of pH titration and NMR showed that the reactive dye was present in amphoteric form in the above medium, so N-methyl taurine was easier to leave. 4- [β- [N-methyl-sulfoethylamino) ethylsulfone] aniline and L-alanine were mimicked. By means of nuclear magnetic resonance and kinetic isotope effect, it was proved that dye and silk protein react with E2 nucleophilic elimination-addition mechanism.
