一、概况把单相电转变为频率可调的三相电的静止劈相机,其控制系统以往是由模拟和逻辑电路构成的。本文将讨论一个以Z-80CPU为核心的新型控制系统,本系统的主要特点是:①使用一个CPU就完成了二段桥控制、逆变器控制、起停控制、报警控制和掉电处理以及部分诊断功能;②采用了参数可输入的、快速的数字调节器,参数整定方便;③系统按多级中断方式工作,实时性强;④硬件电路简单,成本低,可靠性高;⑤采用了抗干扰措施,在噪音环境中亦能可靠工作。该系统在现场带2.5千瓦和22千瓦风机负载运行,结果表明:风机起动过程平稳,不产生冲击电流;风机转速可随设定值和环境温度的变化而平滑地改变(在120rpm~3000rpm之间);当现场网压从180V~230V变化且供电质量较差时,系统运行仍很稳定。
