目的评价社区卫生服务中心、服务站就诊患者需求及满意度状况,促进社区卫生的服务能力及服务质量进一步提高。方法采用调查表方式对沈阳市和平区、皇姑区和铁西区社区卫生服务中心、服务站患者进行调查,并采用适当的统计分析方法对收集的资料进行统计分析。结果沈阳市部分地区社区卫生服务状况得到了患者的较高认可,总体满意度为86%,对总体满意度起主要影响的因素有:医护人员工作态度、设备配置、病情分析解释、诊疗环境、家庭出诊、医疗费用、药品种类、医疗水平和等候时间等。结论沈阳市部分地区社区卫生服务患者满意度较高,今后要在不断完善和规范服务功能的基础上,更好地为百姓的健康服务,进一步提高患者对社区卫生服务的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the needs and satisfaction of patients in community health service centers and service stations and to promote community health services and service quality. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the patients in Heping District, Huanggu District and Tiexi District, Shenyang City Health Service Center and service station. The data collected were statistically analyzed by appropriate statistical analysis. Results The community health service status in some areas of Shenyang City was highly recognized by the patients with overall satisfaction of 86%. The main factors influencing the overall satisfaction were the working attitude of the medical staff, equipment configuration, analysis of the condition, diagnosis and treatment environment, Family visits, medical expenses, types of medicines, medical standards and waiting times. Conclusion The satisfaction of patients in community health services in some areas of Shenyang City is higher. In the future, based on the continuous improvement and standardization of service functions, we should better serve the health of the people and further improve the patients’ satisfaction with community health services.
