河套灌区节水改造工程实施后 ,引黄水量将由现状的年平均 (近 10年 ) 5 2亿 m3减少到 40亿 m3。由于引黄水量的大幅度减少 ,人们一直担心是否会由此导致灌区内区域地下水位的大幅度下降 ,从而造成该地区生态环境的破坏。在缺乏观测试验资料的情况下 ,采用集中参数模型对河套灌区节水改造前后区域地下水位变化进行了模拟分析计算 ,结果表明 ,在引黄水量每年减少 12亿 m3情况下 ,区域地下水位下降幅度较小 ,约为 0 .4m,对该地区的生态环境不会造成不利影响
After implementation of the water conservancy renovation project in Hetao Irrigation District, the water diversion from the Yellow River will be reduced from 5 200 million m3 to 4 billion m3 by the current annual average (nearly 10 years). Due to the drastic reduction of the Yellow River water diversion, people have been worried whether it will lead to a significant drop in the regional water table in the irrigated area, resulting in the destruction of the ecological environment in the area. In the absence of observational data, the centralized parameter model was used to simulate the change of groundwater table before and after water-saving reconstruction in Hetao Irrigation District. The results show that in the case of a decrease of 1.2 billion m3 of diversion water per year, the decrease of groundwater table Small, about 0. 4m, the ecological environment in the region will not cause adverse effects
