目的:探讨末梢血象变化的意义。方法:对实验感染旋毛虫(Trichinelaspiralis)小白鼠末梢血象分类计数进行了连续观察。结果:小鼠感梁后第3d可见中性粒细胞升高,到观察后期一直呈较高水平,而淋巴细胞和单核细胞的变化恰与中性粒细胞相反,嗜碱性细胞变化不大。结论:嗜酸性粒细胞的变化最为显著,感染后第3d开始增加,到感染第14d达高峰,至整个观察期间一直显著高于感染前。
Objective: To explore the significance of peripheral blood changes. Methods: The classification and counting of peripheral blood of experimental infected Trichinelaspiralis mice were observed continuously. Results: In the third day of post-sensitization, the neutrophils increased in the third month after being exposed to the beam, and the level of neutrophil increased to the later stage of observation. However, the changes of lymphocytes and monocytes were opposite to that of neutrophils and the basophils did not change much . CONCLUSION: The change of eosinophils is the most significant. The level of eosinophil increased from the third day after infection to the peak on the 14th day of infection, which was significantly higher than that before infection throughout the observation period.
