目的了解护士对工作的满意程度及其影响因素。方法应用Mueller/Mc Closkey满意度量表(MMSS)对某三级甲等医院的80名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士总体满意度得分为(2.952±0.003)分,其中专业发展机会满意度得分最低,为(2.47±0.79)分。职称、职务、工作年限对工作满意度有影响。结论护士工作满意度较低,护理管理者和教育者应注意对影响护士工作满意度的相关因素采取针对性的管理措施和相应的改善措施,特别要注重护理专业发展机会、家庭和工作的平衡、福利待遇(如工资、假期等)方面,从而提高护士对护理工作的满意度,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。
Objective To understand the nurses satisfaction with the job and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 80 nurses from a tertiary level hospital were surveyed using the Mueller / Mc Closkey Satisfaction Scale (MMSS). Results The overall satisfaction score of nurses was (2.952 ± 0.003) points, of which the satisfaction score of professional development opportunities was the lowest (2.47 ± 0.79) points. Job title, job title, length of service have an impact on job satisfaction. Conclusion Nurses ’job satisfaction is low. Nursing managers and educators should pay attention to the relevant management measures and corresponding improvement measures on the factors affecting the job satisfaction of nurses, with particular emphasis on nurses’ professional development opportunities, family and work balance , Benefits (such as wages, holidays, etc.), so as to improve nurses’ satisfaction with nursing work, stabilize the nursing team and improve the quality of nursing care.
