A厂生产的SAE4130钢制成产品后存在硬度偏低、低温冲击功低等力学性能不良的问题。通过分析A、B两厂生产的SAE4130钢的化学成分,并利用光学显微镜观察其金相组织,对比分析了A厂材料力学性能差的原因。结果表明:A厂材料的碳当量低是其硬度偏低的原因;Ni、Mo、Al等有益合金元素含量低、索氏体组织较粗、材料组织均匀性差导致了其低温冲击功低。提出的改进措施有:对化学成分进行优化,提高部分有益合金元素的含量以及低温快注,以保证材料的均匀性。
After SAE4130 steel manufactured by factory A has the problems of low hardness, low mechanical impact at low temperature and low mechanical properties. By analyzing the chemical composition of SAE4130 steel produced by A and B plants, the microstructure of SAE4130 steel was observed by optical microscope, and the reasons for the poor mechanical properties of A plant were analyzed. The results show that the low carbon equivalent of material A is the reason of low hardness. The low content of beneficial alloying elements, such as Ni, Mo and Al, the coarse sorbite and the poor homogeneity of microstructure lead to low low impact energy. The proposed improvements include: optimization of chemical composition, increase the content of some beneficial alloying elements and rapid injection at low temperature, in order to ensure the uniformity of the material.
