利用辐射法由PEO(聚氧化乙烯)/PVA(聚乙烯醇)混合液制备了PEO/PVA水凝胶。研究了辐照剂量和混合液浓度及配比对凝胶剪切模量和溶胀率的影响。结果表明,增加辐照剂量,各种配比的凝胶的剪切模量均有不同程度的提高,但同时凝胶的溶胀率下降。提高混合液的浓度也可增加凝胶的剪切模量和降低凝胶的溶胀率。在相同的辐照剂量和相同的混合浓浓度下,PVA比例越高,所得复合凝胶的剪切模量越高,而溶胀率就越小。因此,通过在PEO中加人PVA的方法是提高PEO凝胶强度的一个有效方法。
PEO / PVA hydrogels were prepared by a PEO (poly (ethylene oxide) / PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) mixture. The effects of irradiation dose, concentration and ratio of the mixture on the shear modulus and swelling rate of the gel were studied. The results showed that the shear modulus of gels increased with different irradiation doses and gels, but at the same time the swelling rate of gels decreased. Increasing the concentration of the mixture also increases the shear modulus of the gel and decreases the swelling rate of the gel. Under the same radiation dose and the same concentration, the higher the ratio of PVA, the higher the shear modulus of the resulting composite gel, and the smaller the swelling rate. Therefore, by adding PVA in PEO method is to improve the strength of PEO gel an effective method.
