本文对金刚石砂轮磨削Si_3N_4陶瓷和Al_2O_3陶瓷材料时磨削力特征、磨削表面形貌以及磨削比进行了试验研究。分析了磨削用量、陶瓷材料性能以及金刚石磨料品级、磨料粒度和砂轮结合剂对砂轮磨削陶瓷时的磨削力、磨削表面粗糙度和磨削比的影响。
In this paper, the grinding force characteristics, grinding surface morphology and grinding ratio of diamond grinding wheel grinding Si_3N_4 ceramics and Al_2O_3 ceramics were studied. The effects of grinding dosage, ceramic material properties, diamond abrasive grade, abrasive grain size and grinding wheel bonding agent on grinding force, grinding surface roughness and grinding ratio of grinding wheel were analyzed.
