本文的目的是通过2次测定来确定中风患者下肢运动功能的稳定性和平衡的标准。 资料与方法 49例中风病人(脑出血13例,脑梗塞36例),左侧肢体偏瘫24例,右侧偏瘫25例,年龄18~75岁(平均58岁),病程13~185月(平均37月),其中男性33例,女性16例。他们均有行走问题,但一般情况良好,没有交流和认知功能障碍。本文运用Fugl-Meyer评价量表的2个分测验:一个用以评定下肢运动功能(FM—LE)共17个项目,最高分为34分,另一个对平衡能力进行分级(FM—B)
The purpose of this article is to determine the criteria for the stability and balance of lower extremity motor function in stroke patients by two determinations. Materials and Methods 49 cases of stroke patients (cerebral hemorrhage in 13 cases, cerebral infarction in 36 cases), left limb hemiplegia in 24 cases, 25 cases of right hemiplegia, aged 18 to 75 years (mean 58 years), duration of 13 to 185 months 37 months), of which 33 males and 16 females. They all had walking problems, but they were generally good with no communication and cognitive dysfunction.
