随着我国城市人口的数量不断增多,城市住房变得越来越来越紧张,房价不断攀升,近几年来国家已经多次调整了住房交易环节的税收政策来稳定房价。本文通过分析主要交易环节税收政策的作用机理来试图论证税收对房价的具体影响,最后得出了交易环节的间接税收政策相比于直接税收对房价有更为显著的影响。
With the increasing number of urban population in our country, urban housing has become more and more nervous and house prices have been rising continuously. In recent years, the state has adjusted the tax policies on housing transactions many times to stabilize the prices. This article attempts to prove the specific impact of taxation on house prices by analyzing the mechanism of the taxation policy in the main transaction. Finally, it is concluded that the indirect taxation in the transaction has a more significant impact on house prices than the direct taxation.
