读了本刊1962年10期“关于叶片泵泵壳过渡曲线的研究”一文(以下简称“原文”),觉得文中所提出的过渡曲线新公式是值得商榷的。为此,本文着重分析一下过渡曲线的一般公式和原文所提出的新公式。一、过渡曲线的要求要保证叶片从一方程的曲线过渡到另一方程的曲线而不发生冲击,必须满足以下两个条件:(1)为了使叶片经过连接点时,其径向速度不发生突变,则两曲线在该点的(dρ)/(dψ)必须相等,否则将发生刚性冲击;(2)为了使叶片经过连接点时,其径向加速度不发生突变,则两曲线在该点的(d~2ρ)/(dψ~2)必须相等,否则将产生软性冲击。根据以上要求,泵壳曲线应该如图1所示。
