分析了某钢铁股份公司炼铁厂一高炉无料钟炉顶气密箱的工作原理,应用Pro/E进行零部件的实体建模和整机装配,通过Mechanism/Pro模块与ADAMS进行联合建模,完成了该气密箱的虚拟样机开发。针对高炉不同方式的布料运动要求,应用ADAMS对其进行了运动仿真,验证了虚拟样机的正确性,为气密箱的动力学研究和故障诊断提供了条件。
This paper analyzes the working principle of blast furnace airtight topless airtight box in a steel company, uses Pro / E to carry out solid modeling and assembly of components, and makes joint modeling with Mechanism / Pro module and ADAMS , Completed the airtight box virtual prototype development. According to the requirements of different blast furnace movement modes, ADAMS was used to simulate the motion of the cloth. The correctness of the virtual prototype was verified, which provided the conditions for dynamic research and fault diagnosis of airtight box.
