选用文献报道的14个渣系铁氧化物活度aFetO作为基础实验数据,验证了基于炉渣离子–分子共存理论(IMCT)所定义的铁氧化物综合质量作用浓度NFetO表征炉渣氧化性的可能性和精度.为了得到14个渣系的NFetO,建立了CaO-SiO2-MgO-FeO-Fe2O3-MnO-Al2O3-P2O5渣系的IMCT-Ni模型,其他13个渣系NFetO可由该渣系的IMCT-Ni模型经简化得到.结果表明,铁氧化物综合质量作用浓度NFetO不仅可像活度aFetO一样表征炉渣氧化性,而且比实测aFetO精度更高.
The fourteen slag-based iron oxide activity aFetO reported in the literature was selected as the basic experimental data to verify the possibility of characterizing the slag oxidation based on the NFetO of the iron oxide mass concentration defined by the slag ion-molecule coexistence theory (IMCT) and Precision.In order to obtain NFetO of 14 slag systems, the IMCT-Ni model of CaO-SiO2-MgO-FeO-Fe2O3-MnO-Al2O3-P2O5 slag system was established and the other 13 slag systems, NFetO, The model was simplified and the results showed that NFetO not only can characterize slag oxidation like activity aFetO, but also has higher accuracy than aFetO.
