In recent years, domestic and foreign data have reported that HAPE has developed into a case of ARDS, which has caused high altitude medical workers to pay attention to the relationship between the two diseases. HAPE is due to the plateau hypoxia hypoxia caused by a few new to the plateau and unable to adapt to people who have pulmonary circulation disorders, excessive fluid exudation to the pulmonary interstitial and alveolar, causing these organizations interstitial edema. ARDS refers to an important former condition that causes severe damage to lung tissue during illness, resulting in hypoxemia, progressive respiratory distress, and pulmonary edema. These two diseases are generally no primary heart and lung disease; are non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema. From the clinical, disease physiology and other aspects, both have a number of similarities, but there are many differences, this article on the appropriate comparative analysis and discussion.
