目的:研究莲心碱(liensinine)对青霉素致痫大鼠皮层脑电图癫痫样放电的影响。方法:腹腔注射青霉素制作大鼠癫痫模型,待癫痫样放电基本稳定后,侧脑室分别注射不同浓度(5mg/ml、1mg/ml)的莲心碱溶液或生理盐水5μl,分别比较侧脑室注射前后脑电图癫痫样放电频率的变化。结果:高剂量莲心碱组注射后癫痫样放电频率明显下降,低剂量莲心碱组癫痫样放电频率也呈下降趋势,但无统计学差异;生理盐水组癫痫样放电频率无明显变化。结论:莲心碱可以抑制青霉素致痫大鼠皮层脑电图癫痫样放电。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of liensinine on cortical EEG epileptiform discharge in penicillin-induced epileptic rats. METHODS: Rat epilepsy model was produced by intraperitoneal injection of penicillin. After the epileptic discharge was basically stable, 5 μl of different concentration (5 mg/ml, 1 mg/ml) of neomycin solution or physiological saline was injected into the lateral ventricle, respectively. The brains were compared before and after intracerebroventricular injection. Electroencephalographic epileptiform discharge frequency changes. RESULTS: The frequency of epileptic discharges was significantly decreased in the high-dose stenoside group. The frequency of epileptic-like discharges in the low-dose steoline group also showed a decreasing trend, but there was no statistical difference. The epileptiform discharge frequency in the saline group had no significant changes. Conclusion: Liensinine can inhibit cortical EEG epileptiform discharge in penicillin-induced epileptic rats.
