特长班学生是高中生中一个比较特殊的群体,他们爱交往,自我意识比较强;喜欢新鲜感,思想上带有片面性和不稳定性;行为习惯改变周期长等。由于这些特征的存在,高中特长班的德育管理往往需要班主任投入更多的情感、精力。我从2009年9月开始担任特长班的班主任工作至今已有两年多,在与这些孩子们的接触中,逐步对特长班的日常管理工作有了一些感触。
Students in special classes are a special group of high school students who love to socialize and have a strong sense of self. They like freshness, with one-sidedness and instability in their thinking, and long-term behavioral changes. Due to the existence of these characteristics, moral education management of high school specialty classes often require the teacher to devote more emotion and energy. I have been working as a class teacher for the special class since September 2009 for more than two years. During my contacts with these children, I gradually came to feel a little bit about the daily management of the special class.
