随着液压技术的日益广泛应用,如何进行油缸加工是我们经常碰到的技术问题。最近在担负某技改项目中,我们对内径φ200毫米、孔深1120毫米的盲孔球墨铸铁油缸,在C630普通车床上进行浮铰加工,经小批生产,效果良好,光洁度稳定在?8左右,椭圆度和锥度均在0.02毫米以内,其它技术指标完全达到设计要求。结构特点由图1可见,油缸2由装有45钢托块的中心架3支撑(该车床的中心架太小,我厂是自制的)。浮铰机构由可调浮动刀体5,铰头7、刀杆11及刀台13等组成。刀头材料为
With the increasingly wide application of hydraulic technology, how to process the cylinder is a technical problem that we often encounter. Recently in undertaking a technical transformation project, we have a blind hole ductile iron cylinder with an inner diameter of φ200 mm and a hole depth of 1120 mm. Floating joints are machined on a C630 lathe. After a small batch of production, the effect is good and the finish is stable at around 8 , Ovality and taper are within 0.02 mm, other technical indicators fully meet the design requirements.
